On 5e ? Considering the amount of bonus actions classes get, and how chaotic utilising them in kingmaker was ? Not to mention the existence of legendary actions ?
RtwP is possible (if we scrap the legendary actions, and rebalance half of the monster manual), but I do not think it would make for a fun, or faithful experience of 5th edition specifically.
