I just had two battles against gnolls in the north of the map and once per combat, either Gale or Lae'zel couldn't finish their turn. There was no way I could push the end turn button. Had to save and reload the save so I could go back with my turn order. It seems party members get stuck sometimes after some actions like Surge or spells.
