yes, this has happened to friend and I a few times. Mostly when fighting goblins inside the camp as we managed to aggro basically the whole complex so it lead to a very long combat. Randomly we'd end turn and then the game just stopped progressing the combat. Could still open menus, inventory, etc. fine, just couldn't get the enemies to take their turn.
