I do agree that torches should be off-hand equipable.
They are, but then you need to dip them in any fire source. So light a candle and then dip.
They're only off-hand equippable if you're wielding a light weapon in your primary hand though, that should probably be corrected to just off-hand equippable
True. I didn't realize that because I'm using a sabre.
