I think forums are a great ideas to exchange thoughts and impressions, but when doing a beta test it should have an easier feedback mechanism. I like the crash report, that gives me a chance to write a couple sentences of useful text. The same pop up should happen at the end of a gaming session. I keep few notes in my mind from the session and want to get them to the development team, but coming to a forum and starting a new thread seems inefficient.
A few notes after a few days of gaming...
When I am conducting trade with a vendor, I understand that the person speaking is the negotiator. When I switch who is trading, it switches the negotiated prices. That all makes sense. What doesn't is the fact that the items you are inspecting still only display how they effect the speaker. The speaker/negotiator is changing, but the effects of the items being viewed aren't shifting to who is negotiating. I would like to see a way to compare the items for trade against everyone of my characters, to see how much of a benefit it could be to each individual or if they can even use it.
Sometimes characters die and their body distorts. It turns into wedge shapes that are the length of the screen and sometimes still have appendages at the edges of the wedge, it actually looks kinda funny.
Several items can obstruct the conversations that happen. Another one of your team mates, a NPC, a box, or sometimes the speaker just sinks into the ground.
Once again I appreciate the effort and look forward to trying to break the game some more.
