Yeah, the game is not running in native 4k, I can confirm that. There is not an official announcement about the real resolution. Hopefully it will be improved later.
I wish we had more information about the actual resolution the game is running in Stadia and not the upscaled one.
Also, the game is blurring a little bit when you rotate the camera using the mouse 3.
