At several points in the game I had the impression that the wrong conversation was triggered. Some examples:
- After rescuing everyone who was left to rescue at Waukeen's Rest, Wyll started moping around that "we did nothing" to save the trapped people.
- Astarion killed my main character while feeding on her. When confronted after her resurrection, he claimed that he had already apologised, but this was the first conversation after the incident, so no apology had happened.
- Lae'zel claimed we still needed to talk to her tiefling contact at the druids' camp after we had already done so.
I'll add to the list if I find more examples.
