Shadowheart doesn't know when to quit. We tried to unlock the door in the Gnarled Teahouse, and she just keeps trying. It's actually in character, so maybe it's not a bug!? I even killed her and then helped her up and with 1 hp, she went back to the door and kept trying to open it some more. Very strange one.
It is affecting gameplay because Shadowheart will no longer follow the group and stays in the teahouse.
Workaround: Kicked her back to camp, so she disappeared, and then re-added her at camp and everything was fine after that
