I have the same issue on PC actually with Vulkan. When I switch to DX11, everything is super sharp. But with Vulkan, it looks quite blurry.
I can't choose which one to use ... DX11 is generally less stuttery, etc., but Vulkan definitely gives me higher general FPS in heavy areas (Druid's Grove, etc.) and actually looks slightly better to me.
I have been lucky enough to not have had any crashes in either though.
