Did anyone manage to get the caravan lockbox open after beating the gnolls?

I Tadpoled the Gnolls into attacking the Zhentarim survivors guarding the box, then tadpoled their Flind leader into helping me kill the rest of her pack, then herself. She's got a pretty nice weapon with a major downside, though.

As for the box. Do you want to know what's inside?

Well, I'm a rogue. Astarion is also a rogue if you're not so fortunate. Lockpicking worked for me!

As for what's inside - I'll remind you that you were very strongly instructed not to open it! As were the people initially carrying it, if you read the notes by the ruined caravan.

There's something *very* interesting inside, though.

Well, All the same. There's *something* inside that you can also interact with. That something also involves a hidden Arcana roll to which you might have yet another subtle warning of 'Don't open!'.
