I am not sure if this a bug or i am not undering things correctly. So if i have a charisma +2 bonus, when i roll a D20 needing to beat a 10 and i roll a 8, should i not succeed the roll with a 8+2 = 10? Because i don't i lose all rolls like this. So is thisa bug or are things working as intended?
