The problem exists for Windows 10 as well as I have the problem. Working on it so far I have found as others have that holding the left shift down while running play on the dx11 while having crossfire off will load the game but gives me horizontal tears across the screen. Drivers as far as all I can find and dxdiag reports are current. If crossfire is enabled the game crashes. I have not found anything in logs detailing any reason for the crash, regardless the issue isn't limited to Win7.
