There's moments when the characters are moving about the world and they get a dice roll above their heads. Maybe they see a trap or a button on a wall or a monster hiding underground. That part is fine and dandy, I can see when the check is being done (unless it's during dialogue where the indicator is super tiny in the top left of the screen).

But a lot of times the item or location where they are looking at is either obscured by terrain, the camera isn't focused exactly where the check occurred, the character is blocking the view, or any number of other camera related issues. I find myself landing in traps that were pointed out or ambushed by monsters because the character saw it, had a "hey there's something out of the ordinary" voice over, and me, the player, can't tell what they saw or where they saw it.

I'd suggest either a camera focus option to notate the newly found trigger, or some sort of better long lasting highlight or particle effect that doesn't vanish until it is interacted with.
