I'm not sure if this is something that will be added on full release, but it looks like when you save a game there is an large area at the botom to type additional information. I hope this is true as I like to run different characters at the same time and would be helpful to add a comment to the save I.E.. didn't pull lever, or run from the oozing chest etc.
