I'll update this occasionally.

Character Creation
1) I've mentioned this elsewhere, but if you select a Drow after selecting another race, go to make your 'Who do you dream of', then exit back to the main character creation screen, the race traits/description for whichever race you'd selected before Drow shows up until you click one of the Drow subraces.

Visual/Audio Bugs
1) Dipping a sword in flame then strapping it results in something that looks like a Human torch. (Not always, haven't figured out the rhyme or reason yet)
2) Hands didn't align with the edge of the Final Sarcophagus at the end of the Dank Crypt, no sounds played either until the occupant began speaking. He is also called Hooded Skeleton but is not wearing anything remotely resembling a hood.
3) Gale wigs out a bunch during his resurrection dialog.
4) Two Shadowhearts appear when talking to her at the temple entrance.
5) Aradin's line 'I'd be dead if you stalled any longer' when bitching out the Zevlan cuts off prematurely

Nautiloid Ship
1) Us got stuck on the elevator and I had to reload. Consider adding a 'teleport party to player' function if they get too far away and are grouped.
2) Visual Bug: The floor beneath the protagonist disappeared after connecting the transponder, and when thrown to the 'floor' it appeared she was floating on her back in thin air. Secret Mind Flayer confirmed

Dank Crypts
1) When my Rogue enters a sideroom to the Jergal statue-room, she says 'Now there's a lock that screams pick me!'. However, there are no locked containers in that room (or the adjacent one).
2) When exiting these crypts to the area where Grimblebock & Co are, if Shadowheart is with me a cutscene automatically triggers where she is the lead for the conversation. If I exit while leaving her inside, no cutscene triggers.
3) In this same conversation, if Shadowheart has triggered the cutscene and I swap characters to my protagonist, the Cutscene exits and the NPCs are no longer interactable.

Possible Bugs
1) Some objects reads as having -big number weight
2) Scared boar disappears if you observe it to see what it does
2) Shar Clerics can select light domain/cast light spell
4) Rested in the camp and a short cutscene played of Astarion taking two silent steps away from camp and then it cut to main gameplay

Silvanus Grove
1) Mol & Co seems broken - says 'kids scatter' when he's the only one in that secret area. Meli, located outside of the secret near the shops, says: "You're the first one that's ever gotten in here". Mol also says 'what happens now is on you' or something similar but all he does is scoop up his stolen gear and then stand there.
2) If you fail the persuasion check to find out what the bird's instructions were you can repeat it ad infinitum until you get the result you want (and if you wanted to, even more beyond that)
3) When Nettie tries to poison you, one option reads as 'So I have time? There's still a chance' and is labeled 'Deception'/rolls 'Deception', but I'm fairly certain it was meant to be tagged as persuade. Otherwise that's very morbid
4) I was able to unlock the Stone Door slab in Nettie's library, as well as the trapdoor entrance to the kid's hideout that supposedly had no lock or other means of opening it. They were both highlighted red as well

Owlbear Encounter
1) Owlbear has no portrait
2) If Owlbear cub see's you first then the battle commences w/out a chance to see the dialog
3) Pressing spacebar in Owlbear's 'Shriiiiiiiiiiiiek' cutscene' resulted in a black screen, I'm assuming the CutsceneMode was not lifted

Camp
1) The Map of the Sword Coast item has the description of a tattered old book.
2) Raphael's conversation ended and I crashed - not sure if this persisted past the update, haven't checked.

Companions
1) Lae'zel has two 'Githyanki' tags
2) A few of Wyll's journal entries in your first conversation with him don't have titles, including the entry you get when you discuss killing the goblins and when he mentions a healer.
3) Pretty much all of Shadowheart's dialog is repeatable infinitely, including persuade/wisdom/deception options.
4) While the party is sick at camp, you can talk to Astarion who tells you to piss off, then he goes to his normal conversation the next time you click on him.
5) Astarion namedrops someone named Cazador before you find out about him (at least with me because I didn't take Astarion anywhere), and there's no option to ask 'who?'
6) After feeding and passing the Persuade check, Astarion has an exclamation mark over his head the next morning but when you talk to him the cutscene starts and ends instantly

Hopefully bugs
1) Wizards can scribe all spells, regardless of the class they belong too
2) I can pick up a lot more weight before feeling encumbered than what my inventory seems to indicate I can
3) 20xp for the Ethereal Spider Queen? Really?

I want to add one to the first point: When playing multiplayer, any player who didn't talk to the child after the harpy battle will trigger the panic reaction 'you're not supposed to be in here!' when present in the area and talking to mol.

Druid Grove
1) The fight with the bugbear assassin ended up down the hill, and Nadira had sat herself down and I needed to initiate conversation with her to get the Soul Coin. At the conclusion of this conversation, the exact same conversation played out again, except with Shadowheart as the lead character.
2) Speaking of Nadira, her AI has her run away from the Bugbear, but in the next turn she immediately attacks it with her fists.
