2nd lvl warlock, not proficient in stealth, 12 dex.

I have soloed (literally, made everyone else walk far away and just stand there)
Ettercap dungeon
Entire goblin city
The hag

Not only did I not take a single hit, the enemies never moved from where they were standing. They should at least *TRY* to find what is blowing them away, knocking them about, etc. They put me in combat and then just stood there, growling, planning, etc. Had they moved around they eventually would have caught me in their cones but they never did. I'm not even asking for intelligent AI here, just wiggle your cone, wander around, do SOMETHING to at least create the possibility of some kind of risk. I don't need to be proficient in stealth because it never rolls my stealth unless I get in their cones, and I never get in their cones because they don't move.

I did an entire walk through this way, 3 of my people crouched over to the side while my warlock soloed essentially every encounter in the game by way of crouching in plain view but outside of the reach of their cone and the hitting them with Eldritch Blast which has the visual effect of the Death Star's Laser (which I love, btw), yet no one seems to know where this blast of force might be coming from.

Just a suggestion smile

You can go on and solo the Underdark as well. Only things I have not managed is the massive burrowed monster and the gazer as the space is extremely limited while fighting them.

Solo kill list: One stupid evil (displayed alignment) Githyanki warrior, a dark grove, a Zhentarim hideout full of "experienced" rogues, half a Goblin camp including two hobgoblins, two minotaurs, a bunch of underworld monsters and their wannabe sorcerous overlord

My point is that I don't want to, and shouldn't be able to. It's not possible in 5e, especially with someone not proficient and can't "bonus hide" every round, in plain sight, when I'm doing.

Oh, and underdark? Not found that, where is it? Past the matriarch? There's a waypoint down here but it doesn't seem to go anywhere.
