Tried that. I've talked to the Lieutenant, I've already killed the bad guys down below, I talked to Trevor (in the merchant's guild) and Tingalf, and I've searched high and low throughout the area where the cart was burned. Is there a third letter, one that isnt in the sewers or the asassin's cave near the cart area?
