While in the Druid's cove, when you rescue the tiefling child from the harpies, and go to the dragon's lair (tiefling hideout), You get stuck in a perma conversation with the kid you rescued. He keeps saying things like, "You're not supposed to be here!" over and over again. If you leave, you cannot save. The only way I got around this was to reload and disregard that sidequest area completely.
Once in the perma dialogue mode, you cannot save. You cannot kill the tiefling children either (which has been my go to solution for the games bugs so far. NPC not working? It dies)
