If there is a way that the player can custom the Disguise Self options.....that would amazing. Or, if every time you used it, it randomly generated a person.

Also, I hope the disguise self spell will prevent dialogue cues from triggering. Like, if Wyll is disguised as a Female Drow.......the Goblins shouldn't be able to recognize him.

Yea, Disquise Self must work like true Disquise.
Like if you stealling in disquise and get caught you can hide, undiquise and noobody will even think about you

Btw your [Githyanki] dialogs with Shadowheart in non-Gith disquise still triggers the same answer. This is very sophisticated spell in D&D terms

I haven't had a chance to test, but I had hoped you could click disguise self, choose a target (maybe make a perception roll), and "learn" their appearance. Would add alot of in game options which is both good and bad. EG: u make yourself look like a guard, but then Larian needs to have dialogue options to consider that player doing that which could be alot of work beyond scripted moments where u can use it.

I think that upon casting, you should have the option to go to character creation and create a number of personas, which then you can choose from. And as an alternative option, use a randomised look.
