I have found two major conversation bugs which preventing further progress.
1) Cannot converse with Mayrina after reaching hags layer (I have taken violent approach at the tree-house)
2) Cannot start conversation with Zevlor at Secluded Chamber / Cave. He kept saying "Find me in the caves...."
