Ever since finding out that items are not set in stone until identified I have found myself using ctrl-s and ctrl-l everytime I come across an important (even semi-important) item in the game.
Amen to that. Damn the electric fence! Sometimes too much information is indeed a bad thing.
Almost half my gametime has been spent reloaded the game trying get a better item. It is an obsession, loading up one more time trying for something better...then again...and again..and again.... if you get my drift. Its fun in some ways and a curse in others.
It's a sickness, I know. I started writing down the stats of every single version of armor/weapon/amulet blah blah blah and then saving each one under a separate game so I could go back later after lengthy conference with my minister of war and my weapons advisors and use the best one. Arrrghhhhhh!
Can anyone say OCD????
