1. I don't agree with layered armor, because wearing a hodge podge of armor and magic items you collected is just part of being an adventurer, but I really like the idea of dying armor to add some unique flair to your character.

2. I don't really want hiding armor either for the same reason in 1, although when I got that first leather hat there was some pretty bad clipping with my hair/beard which isn't great. So I can get behind an option for hiding helmets.

3. I agree 100% with this. In fact I would go a bit further and not only have different body types, but also sliders to fine tune the different body/face parts. Like making your nose bigger/smaller, moving eye/eyebrow position, or making your character tall/short on top of the different body types of scrawny/buff/fat/slim. I know that changing body size could mess with the armor models, and it would probably require a lot of work to get all the armor to work with all the body types they could make, but I personally think it would be worth it because D&D is all about making YOUR character.

In one of the 5e games I'm in currently, we have a Dragonborn who is super short and scrawny because of his negative str/con he got when rolling stats, and we have a joke where lots of npcs confuse him for a kobold. My character is an old human wizard who is also super jacked because I have a high str score. These things aren't particularly important mechanics wise, since as a wizard my str score serves no purpose for the most part, but it adds so much to the roleplay aspect, which is just as important as combat, if not more so, when it comes to D&D. Having my character look the way I want to roleplay would go a long way in creating a more immersive experience. And as a small side note, more face/hair options are needed as well.

I don't want to come off negative or anything, I know this is EA and more stuff is coming, and what they have so far is a good start.

Edit: I forgot to mention this, but also an option for wrinkles/scars would be nice
