If the party scenes were included just to get feedback on romance in general, then that's fair. I enjoy romances in games too, and admittedly I'm a slow burn kind of person so that may be why it all felt very fast to me.
It would be nice if you could advance romances without having to have sex. I know there was that tongue-in-cheek "that's why we're all here" comment in one of the community updates, but that's not how all my characters see it.
