Having the same issue(s). Girl won't talk to me, but has the "I'll talk" icon when you hover over her. And the hag is not present in her room.
I thought maybe jumping past some of the gas in the room before might have been a problem, so I reloaded my game and just ran through. That's didn't change anything.
I did not try to sneak into the hag's room.
I did not leave the room with her masked buggers.
