There more of those missed details in dialogue. Like talking to shadowherat about her worship even after the matter has been already discussed and settled, the dialogue does not evolve accordingly, as if you never had the conversation at all.
I hope those little continuity details are all fixed, they might be small, but sometimes spoil immersion
