Love this. I also love Ray of frost, fire bolt, and coup de grace shocking grasp. Make them fall down (also cold damage), thaw the out (gives the wet condition), and zap them for extra lighting damage. No spell slots used.
For bigger zappity zaps: Grease, fire bolt, create water, and then Witch Bolt. If the environment allows it, substitute an oil barrel for grease.
