That is very possible. I believe they will, specially when Vulkan is crashing less. Stadia has more than power enough to run this game in 4k. But I guess their priority now is stability and fixing the PC version where is the largest audience. So the must have caped the game 2k 30fps, or even lower resolution.
Honestly the game for me looks beautiful in my tv. Ithe resolucyion only bug me when I am playing in my PC. ( In the case of this game, all the time ). I almost finished the content is out. I guess I will wait a month or two and start the game again. I really loved it despite of all bugs.
