I don't think the functionality is complete yet... I got into a fight with the Tiefling trying to kill the imprisoned goblin at the Druid camp, and went out of my way to knock her out. After I long rested and went back to the camp, they were walking around with 1 hit point... And immediately started a battle with me, meaning EVERY Tiefling in a 3 mile radius also started a battle with. Hoping the knock-out mechanic is fleshed out more for the full release.
