Why the Disguise Spell doesn't work like an illusion but physically transform your body

My Human Mage can turn himself into a halfling,
So now he can crawl where only a halfling could

I was so exicted find a crevice where only my Rogue Halfling could crawl until I discovered that a cleric and a mage could do the same.

This is likely because of Early Access. The game just changes your race and the natural traits that go with it, likely a carry-over from DoS2's race change mask. A 'good enough' placeholder for the Early Access. I think they'll sort this stuff out most likely.

Why there was no option to change in to Goblin or Ogre or pig. I wanted by talking pig!
