What events are skippable? I never encountered one of them. Please elaborate I want to see it for my self. What quests specifically.
The game makes you the center of the universe and everything waits for you. There is no urgency at all. From the buring Inn to bleeding out thieflings posien´ed gnomes and so forth.
Fallout 1 did by far better. As in general Obsidian/Black Island/ Interplay know how to create RPG´s.

The world is opinion pice, for me its way to cramped and dead and hollow. Once you have triggered any encounter nothing more happens. No encounters, no reason to come back. Its way to linear in design.
