@Larian mega fail at battles, why do enemies have attack of opportunity and the players that have it active do not? when I start a fight, why does the enemy have the first 2 rounds for himself, before I can execute the first action with any char? when I have to use the environment, why is the enemy not acting accordingly? (ie I can use a bush to sneak, but when the enemy faces one direction without turning around, even though it is not a guard that is supposed to watch in one direction, I can not use a sneak attack. and while on sneak attack, why is sneak attack doing only 1 more damage then regular attack, making it quite pointless) why have low level goblins and gnolls all have burning and acid arrows and strike at me with various weapons but when they die they have nothing to loot? why does los (line of sight) not affect npcs? my char is behind a tree, behind some bushes and even behind a big rock, enemy cant possibly see her, yet they all shoot htrough the rock. I on the other hand can not shoot back. with 90% hit chance one would expect to hit at least once in a while, but not criticaly miss in 9 out of 10 strikes will see what the next few hours bring. btw the game is freezing like every 10 seconds, computer is adequate enough to run the game at max settings. with the story and the unrewarded skill checks and the fights and the freezing, I do not see this as early access, but as a realy early alpha build.
and let me make something clear here, your early access cost me 60 bucks, thats the price of a full released game. your EA should have been nearly finished, in the stage BG3 EA is now, it should not cost more then 10-20. whatever, this "EA" already cost me 2 days and gave me nothing but frustration that grow bigger with every new hour spending in the game.

Hi there! I am a bot. It looks like you are demanding answers from a company combing through 50,000+ comments. Unfortunately, Larian Studios is under no obligation or reasonable expectation of justifying themselves to you. Suggestions, however, are much appreciated and and will be reviewed to see if they can be incorporated into the final product! If you have technical issues, there is a forum for that! Head on over to the technical forums and you might also utilize the search function to see if your problem has been resolved by another member of the community. There are also sticky announcements regarding Vulkan and DX11 and that might be something to try if you are experiencing single player lagging issues. Things around lighting, especially shadows, have been problematic in the past and Fake Full Screen and lowered filtering and anti-aliasing can help smooth out the experience. However, for specific issues, the search is highly suggested. There are also forums on Steam and Reddit for you to peruse in your search! I am Orbax Bot, I hope this post was helpful!

What is the problem you are solving? Does your proposed change solve the problem? Is your change feasible? What else will be affected by your change? Will your change impact revenue? Does your change align with the goals and strategies of the organizations (Larian, WotC)?

The bot is too verbose, where can I file a complaint with Orbax Bot systems?
... and far too nice... it's creepy!

It’s definitely conceivable that we will see more tutorials and hints going forward. I anticipate that coming later though once things are firmed up.
Maybe we even get a “tutorial” as part of the character creation which also explores our backgrounds alongside movement etc... kinda the tadpole learning about the body in a dream like state (I.e all in the mind).

And then you are in the wilderness. At some point you encounter a dying Ilithid with 3 charmed people. They stop fighting in the second round. Then you can approach the Illithid. And you have to pass 2 "rather" difficult (both times 14) checks one for wisdom and one for int to not die and kill the mind flayer and... are rewarded no exp for that. So, totaly pointless (btw no skill check so far rewarded anything).
As a wizard I straight up fire bolt the thing and as fighter I ran up and attacked the illithid without interacting with NPCs...

Part of the problem surely is that for the level of the party, nearly every encounter falls into the hard/deadly CR range. Second, we don't have anywhere close to the same options for min-maxing characters that exists in 5E (SCAG, Xanathar's, etc). Lastly, of the core material we do have, we don't even have anywhere near all the options available (not all feats, no starting gear, etc). So right now, its a very skewed experience for the player. The monsters seem to mostly have correct CR, stats, abilities, but player's don't. The exception I am seeing is that apparently all the goblins have access to an arsenal of alchemical and minor magic items, making them pretty insane in BG3 where ground effects are over the top powerful. So that all adds up to a lopsided and super difficult experience for the player's early on.

There is no method to the madness that is BG3. I saved a game prior to a battle, then reloaded FIFTEEN times (I counted) after missing on a 50% accuracy hit. I've seen critical misses FIVE times in a row on a 90% accuracy hit. I've seen skill failures on a target of 6, multiple times in a row.
