in the underdark who are the authorities? In the druid grove who are the authorities? In the grove I'm pretty sure that they would attack you if you brought Netties unconscious form to them, or Kadhas, if you either to the tieflings your causing more strife, and get the same result if you would if you killed either Kadha, or Nettie. Same with goblins take out the goblin camp one how are you going to get goblins to their master who wouldn't want that. Then do you drag them back to the Druid Grove? Maybe balders gate?

Oh come on! You're just taking it to the extreme to put down the idea (unless I have misunderstood you, in which case apologies). No one said this should be an option in every single case. Just something that could be mixed into the game, wherever appropriate, to increase the scope of role-playing. And furthermore, it would be optional. How could that possibly be a problem for anyone?
