Started a new playthrough and in the location you find Lae'Zel the Tieflings are already nearly dead and Lae'Zel is free. Talking to her triggers the dialogue just after freeing her and when exiting the conversation the Tieflings spontaneously die. Also when you agree for Lae'Zel to join Shadowheart no longer dissaproves.
