Pretty sure all the classes will be added before release, they're just still being worked on. Can't release the Paladin class to be tested if it's not ready to be tested yet, you know? Same for subclasses, there are gonna be more subclasses added but they have to finish making them first. And I'm pretty sure Shadowheart's backstory doesn't make for a great "death cleric" transition, though I honestly don't know much about Shar so maybe a death cleric of Shar is more in line than I know of. Don't know if death cleric is even in the game yet though, so maybe her subclass will change down the line.
One of the threads I follow someone mentioned Shar being trickery Death Domains, though Death isn't currently implemented as a domain. I personally prefer Grave Cleric to Death cleric both are healers with piss poor timing, but the Grave does healing better.
