Unknown if it is a bug or not, but I have yet to find the warlock "Wyll" (I believe that is his name). I have checked every area and searched the entire map. I have read that he is in the Druid Grove training Tieflings how to fight, but have not seen him on any of my play through. Perhaps I will see him when I start a new character and explore other methods.
