Nope.
The guy who posted it is my buddy. He came up with the strats. His wasn't an actual run. He just took clips of parts, removed loads, and timed the total.
It's a spliced run as he clearly stated. He was just testing what we could imagine without the loads and such being a factor.
This is the fastest run.
Oh, well then your buddy lied about claiming a 14 min completion.
