There is a small dialog option for shadowheart where you save the Grove and she mentions that she wouldn't ever care for a group of people like the tiefling refugees. This seems to be a big step from when you first met her.
Yeah, I agree and I'd love to see more of that for the different characters. Nothing makes me happier in a game than character development.
