There are plenty of color options right now to suit 95/100 depictions of a drow that have ever existed, and if that's still not enough then some puritan will make a mod for it eventually.
Well put. There are many depictions in the PHB and others of Drow having paler skin than jet black, despite the description. To be this angry about it...says something.
