I believe sometimes I have snuck right up to enemies, in their blindspot, and used sneak attack. The animation plays, then initative starts, and no damage or hit calculation is done, but the action is consumed. Other times, it has worked. It is weird.

I wish the game has an option to "show all dice." Show me both D20s, show me the D4 on Guidance instead of randomly lowering the target. Even I flank enemies, I am not even sure if the game is counting that. Or maybe that optional rule isn't used.
