Interesting. Miryana not talking still seems like a bug though. Additionally for some reason in my first conversation with her a [human] dialogue option was available for my drow character
Think of it like this: She's under a Hag's spell, therefore she cannot respond or engage in dialog until the spell is broken. All she can do is shout vague commands like "Leave me alone!"
