I just cast featherfall and jumped all the way down.
You can also explode the poison with fire, cast create water, and walk through. Or take a potion of fire resistance and just run through. The damage isn't all that much.
I tried to conserve my spells as much as possible, because I knew the hag fight was going to be intense, but there's lots of ways to handle it.
...I ended up pushing the hag off the edge, so all my spell saving was useless anyway.
