Some time into the game after gaining a bit of her trust she reveals one of her secrets. She is a cleric of Shar.
So where is the problem?
1.Her armor identifies her as a likely follower of Shar.
2. Her reactions to everything that has to do with Selune in combination with 1.
It seems that she has been captured by the mindflayers while conducting a secret mission to steal a githyanki artefact. It is somewhat llike someone trying to avoid any suspicions of being a communist by parading in a Karl Marx fan T-shirt

It looks like an infernal puzzle box. Normally its DC25 INT to figure out how to open it or you take something like 35 psychic damage on fail. Inside are the contracts between devils and others. Now, I am not sure about the destruction of these things in this game compared to D&D, but if the gith are looking for it they are bound by contract to Tiamat, one of the former Archdukes of Avernus until Asmodeus demoted her and put Bel in her place (who was then replaced by Zariel). I dont think the gith want to destroy it - i think they want to get it back so it isn't broken so they can keep their dragons.

What is the problem you are solving? Does your proposed change solve the problem? Is your change feasible? What else will be affected by your change? Will your change impact revenue? Does your change align with the goals and strategies of the organizations (Larian, WotC)?
