[spoilers] I have a few things to report concerning the hag's lair. In my first playthrough, when I finallly got to the place where Mayrina is held, I got a dialogue with the hag where she threatens to kill me in several very creative ways. But then no combat triggered and I was able to stab her repeatedly in the back, without her reacting, eventually killing her. In my second playthrough, she wasn't there at all, and I wasn't able to talk to Mayrina after freeing her. I would click on her but no dialogue would trigger.
