A few more things
When I finally got the ShinyChest open I found this "Basic Scroll"
https://imgur.com/a/z9sCMdjThe hag wasn't there the first time into the room. When I loaded and reentered the room she was there, but didn't initiate combat or do anything while I attacked.
Dead minotaurs were in a standing position after loading. (also pictured at the link above)
An angry Duergar thunderwave'd me off the map which killed me and sent me back to camp!
I did get stuck in combat once when I ended my turn then nothing happened. Occasionally the AI will take a few seconds to consider it's next move, but this one got stuck.
