I assume, since PC druids are not in the game yet, a lot of druid spells don't exist yet. So all the fights with druids are likely to be changed significantly once they get a bigger spell list.
It's also possible that generally spells over 3rd level aren't in yet either.
Togglable penis would make zip flies much less dangerous.
