In my play-through I had this option. You save the Goblin prisoner from the Tieflings and she escorts you directly to the Goblins as a friendly, they introduce you to Minartha before either of the other leaders


Good to know, I do wish there was an encounter outside the Grove that would be a breadcrumb to go meet Minartha before you get to the Grove but I can see how it would be hard to have that many different branches in a CRPG.
