Alrighty, so on my 2nd playthrough I've noticed a peculiar bug. After getting Lae'zel into my party to talk to her kin about finding the creche, and dismissing her afterwards (regardless of the outcome - peaceful or fight), she'll just get stuck. On top of that you won't ever be able to talk to her again.

So I was curious and reloaded my old save right before the boat in the Underdark which ends the EA, dismissed Lae on the spot and to my shock and surprise...

Yes, that's right: if you dismiss her on the spot, she'll just stand in that spot forever and never return to the camp.
So I tried fixing her the old fashioned way - by killing her.. worked on Wyll when I encountered a bug that made him unable to speak, but in his case, the speech bubble would appear, but no amount of clicking on him would trigger a conversation, in Lae'zel's case no speech bubble even appears. Now the next problem I encountered with my 'solution' was that if she wasn't part of the active group, she'd just permanently die. You would not even be able to resurrect her.
Now if I invite and dismiss all the other companions - they all work correctly. This weird bug appears only on Lae. And I don't know how long it's been in the game, it could be that been with us since the beginning: in my original playthough with my drow, I've stuck with the same party from the beginning until the end, never dismissed anybody recruited everyone, but obviously never really progressed Shadow or Wyll's quests much because yea, they were part of the scenery at my camp. I wouldn't have caught this bug at all if it wasn't for the fact that I like chatting with my team mates at camp. I see an exclamation mark above their heads - makes me want to talk to them even more. As of now it's literally unplayable.
Well, I will ignore this bug for now and continue my journey, but it'd be better if you fixed it asap. It's the type of stuff that would make any completionist quit the game. Or a toad lover.
