I have been doing testing to see if I can get an approval response to show something different than neutral on the character over view sheet and have not seen any change at all. I let Asterion feed on me in the camp, let him take a bit, did the gentlest option to have him dis engage and all the other nice options afterwards and got 3 approvals from him and 1 disapproval from Lazrial. I checked the overview screen and they all showed neutral towards me. I'm thinking this may be something that is deactivated during early access but if not, it would be nice to see a change and dialog option changes based on that.
