So the Githyanki character ran off to talk to her kind... and I was able to go back to camp and refill my party. I came back and the encounter/dialogue with the Githyanki changed as if she was never in my party. I did the explosive box trick to kill them all, but that forced her to attack me and I killed her. I saw no way to get her back. Reverting to a previous save and will not refill my party and do the same trick and see what happens.
