Good afternoon. A setting that could turn off gore and nudity. It would not need to change anything in the game except when you kill a monster there is not a big red spot on the ground and in cutscenes that would have nudity the characters wear their normal clothes.

This is a game that I would like to play with my children, but the graphics would be a bit too much for them. Other than that it's great.

Could also be husband mode. Hard to explain if your wife walks in why theres a naked elf girl providing oral services to a dwarf on the screen. "Its for plot development?"

doesn't matter if they pg it the rating would still be M. If they did as OP suggested, then it could target a larger audience. Also get the midgets interested in D&D for the future, at least in video game form. Maybe in pnp form as well. Besides it may teach them that their is more to games then murder hoboing.

How would you explain sex cutscenes with clothes on then? Them grinding? "Oh its just group push ups"

Are you sure your children will be fine with the tadpole in the eye opening scene? And that's not the only body-horror with no blood scene I saw so far. So I would say better keep kids away even with turned off blood and censored nudes.

well the game itself wont be changing and I hope resources are not wasted in censoring it.

The game will be coming with a dungeon master mode.
You can make your own adventure and have your kids play with you in your world.

Perhaps that can be a solution?

Here's an even better idea...stop buying your kids M rated games. They are rated M (meaning Mature) for a reason, and it even lists what's in them on the rating. See something you don't like, don't let the kiddos play it plain and simple. The devs of a game should not be responsible for making sure little Timmy doesn't see boobs or blood in an M rated game, they told you the game would contain these things and you decided to buy it anyway, simple as that.

Is a DM mode confirmed? I was hoping it would haver something like that since they already made the foray into it with the DOS2 GM mode, but hadn't heard of any confirmation about it.
